That really doesn't matter, I'm more interested in what you grade it as rather than guessing what a specific TPG graded it biased on the TPG or the timeframe of the holder.

Some marks in the field between the stars and nose as well. Unless on the holder. With that said I agree with you.

The bag marks on her cheek look, to me, like more than typically are on a 63.

And the answer is; just ever so slightly over graded
This is a coin that I bought back when I was just first starting to buy slabbed coins, and likely one that I would pass on now but does fill a slot in my old holder collection. Everyone was very well centered around the MS63 to 64 range so that is cool and a bit unusual. I also think its a 40/60 between 63 and 64, likely depends on how much a grader dings the cheek vs how much he gives for the luster. In hand it does have a nice PL look, but I think it would fall just short of getting that designation.
