What is this on Lincoln’s ear?

I got this graded awhile ago when I was first started collecting coins, and I just noticed Lincoln has a bump on his ear, it almost looks like a chicken pox (the bump is so large it even catches the light).

Any thoughts what this might be? Should I sent the coin back to be labeled with it?

    That crescent white around the bump isn’t my highlighting it, that’s the light from the window hitting the bump from the side.

    I have a feeling one day interesting die chips might command a higher value, especially interesting ones ❤️
