    Have you ever seen a COUNTERFEIT silver eagle?
    Found in a $500. bank bag about 15 years ago.

    Edges are reeded, but of course not up to US Mint standards.

    Price: $50. Ships free.

    Probably both made in China at the same time.

    I've seen these offered on wish.com
    They appear to be these modern counterfeit fakes that have then been treated- acid or whatnot- to appear
    a bit more contemporary.
    They're not.
