I'm not understanding this. Entered 3 coins yesterday. Two entered without any issue. The 3rd still in sellers Registry. ( pet peeve of mine. Sell it, release it )

Another forum member has had a problem for a few days now. Trying to wrap my head around this as my entries went into my set without issue.

I am having some functions work, but various things not working on the pcgs site, most resulting in: 'Oops! Errors Happen,' but also a different error when using the 'find coins' button inside viewing a set or looking at what is required to build a set. Sometimes a TV loads, later same ones don't.

It had been working for me up until about 8pm PST 12/5. I had been doing some work in my registry all day and no issues aside from the usual slowness.

This may or may not work for you, but it's worth a try.

The other night, when I got an error message instead of the PCGS page loading, I noticed that some extraneous text was inserted into the URL (I remember it contained the word "error"). When I deleted that text and hit enter, the page loaded normally.

If it happens to me again, I'll take a screenshot and post it.

Yes - it happened to me again and here's what I did to fix it:

When the "Oops!" page came up, an extra bit of text was inserted into the URL after www.pcgs.com. That text is error?aspxerrorpath=

If I refresh/reload the page with that URL in place, the "Oops" message keeps coming up again and again. However, if I delete "error?aspxerrorpath=" from the URL and then hit enter, the page loads normally. Obviously, this should not be happening - there seems to be some kind of bug in the PCGS website. I really wish they would get this fixed! In the meantime, I hope this tip works for you as a temporary fix.

Below is a snapshot of the page in Chrome where I have highlighted the text in the URL that needs to be deleted:

I think it's just a server issue - like, if two people are trying to access the website at the same time, they don't have enough bandwidth on their dialup connection to handle it.

and down again. seriously I am just trying to add a couple new purchases and it quits with errors every time I try to edit.

I am getting very frustrated with the tech support and wonder why it changed so much from a couple years ago when everything worked, and new coins for the year were automatically added. I still have a set with no bonus points on half the coins I have asked about for over a year.

I'm sure there's a good reason for this, but it should be explained at least just a little bit on the "Error" page. "Oops! Errors Happen" is getting pretty old.
