MS62+. The gouge on the cheek is significant and the chatter on the reverse in the fields on the left side and eagle's chest will make this grade lower at PCGS than most people here are suggesting.
So this was graded by our hosts as a MS66. Sometimes those TV's really call out things that aren't nearly as pronounced as the TV makes them seem, so I included my own quick pictures with generally how it looks in hand. Very happy with this one for the personal collection.

I bet it came from the GSA in one of those holders that didn't say uncirculated, culled out of the uncirculated category for "tarnish". I have been ecstatic to find it.

I considered MS66 but will guess 65+, due to the marks at the central portion of the left side of the reverse.

I'm guessing the ding on the cheek and the miscellaneous reverse marks will keep it at 65 tops.
