Error pennies

This one is really weird the weight is odd but on the rim it has ridges like a dime I'm hoping it was a penny on a dime planchet any info will help

    Post mint damage, outer copper clad layer has been mechanically removed in various areas exposing zinc core

    Obvious mutilated junk ... the kind of coin a Coinstar machine would reject.

    If it was on a dime planchet, it would be smaller than a CENT and silver in colour.
    What you have is an intentionally mutilated cent.
