Possibly plated from a souvenir or jewelry piece. Not sure what skinny on the sides is supposed to mean but if it means what I think it's probably from being in a bezel

I've seen those ones plated by the schools and stuff this definitely isn't that that much I do know thank you though and what is a bezel
It is a holder, either decorative or functional. He refers to this:

Note that there are pictures, I see nothing terribly unusual. The color is a little off, but the rim is just damaged, maybe from a bezel.

You need to study the minting process. True "error" coins are errors in the minting process. Other oddities are just PMD: Post Mint Damage.
Until you can articulate how errors are made in the normal minting process, you are just wasting your time and ours. 99.9999999% of all coins that "look different" are just damaged.

If the scale is accurate, that is pretty light. Again, if the scale is accurate I'd say it was struck on a thin planchet.
