Does Customer Service Still Answer Phone Calls?

I always get a message to call back later in the day or tomorrow and to fill out the on line request. Well, I filled out the online request days ago and heard nothing back. Is anyone still home? Do they even care about their customers anymore? I tried calling at 8:30AM PST. Maybe I need to call at 7AM like calling in to win a radio station prize. Has anyone gotten a person when they call?

    I think you have to call early. I have gotten through more times then not but I have not tried in quite some time.

    Only if you call 5 minutes after 5 on the 5th day of the week.

    And here I thought it was 6 minutes after 6 on the 6th day of the week.

    I guess it depends what dept you're trying to get. I called awhile back about the PSA promo Loupe credits and got through right away. Maybe I just got lucky, I don't know.
