Dime error unusual

Hello, I have been collecting coins for several years but still have so much more to learn and master, to include identifying errors. I happened upon this dime and cannot locate any information on this possible variety. Any advice would be so helpful and appreciated. Is there anything here as far as a true error coin, and if so, can anyone identify what it is? I included my guesses on what letters I think I see,

    There is a big difference between an error and a variety, you have called this dime both.
    If you want to identify what real errors are, then I suggest studying a website such as
    error-ref.com. You have to remember that every little anomoly is not an error.
    The mint produces coins at high speed and production takes priority over quality.
