Don’t see anything special about them, you can go to the bank and buy a brick of these and they
would be all uncirculated and in sequential order. You would be tying up $140.00 by keeping them.
Maybe to the parents of a 3-year-old about to turn 4.
These are "birthday notes", potentially of interest to anyone born Jan 1 to Jan 7 2020. 2020 01 01, 2020 01 02, etc.
01012020 would work, too, but if you had seven consecutive of these they would represent New Year's Day birthdays for 2020-2027.
Birthday notes generally don't have huge premiums but the value is determined by the wealth and interest of a potential buyer.
I agree with Russell (sellitstore).
Maybe it is just me but I consider a birthday note to be in the proper order mmddyyyy although some may say ddmmyyyy is acceptable.
