01012020 would work, too, but if you had seven consecutive of these they would represent New Year's Day birthdays for 2020-2027.
Birthday notes generally don't have huge premiums but the value is determined by the wealth and interest of a potential buyer.

Maybe it is just me but I consider a birthday note to be in the proper order mmddyyyy although some may say ddmmyyyy is acceptable.
