Question about Vanquish 440

I am kind of new to metal detecting, and I don’t have the best detector. I am hoping to find old coins, and am wondering if the vanquish 440 is a good fit for me. I also have very sandy soil where I live, so that makes a difference.

    Best detector in its price range, although the 540 comes with a bigger coil that goes a little deeper.

    Thank you for your input. The smaller coil is just fine for me, I do most of my detecting on rough ground.
