I was assigned to a combat communications unit with the USAF and we deployed with the army. The only thing we had to eat were MRE's like this one. One deployment they sent ROTC college student with us. A female ROTC member ate an MRE and liked it so much that she ate 3 more that meal, She then started drinking large amounts of water and these dehydrated meals hydrated so fast that she swelled up like the Pillsbury dough girl. We had to call an ambulance and evacuate her to a medical unit. I spent 11 plus years in the USN and I heard words coming from her stretcher that I had never heard before that day.

CLAIM: Salzburg Airport in Austria has a help desk specifically for people who intended to fly to Australia.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The European airport confirmed it does not have a desk for misguided tourists trying to get Down Under. The misconception stems from an advertisement for a technology company that ran on a baggage carousel at the airport, which joked about offering such a service.

Isn't that just created by CG graphics?

It was worth looking:

Overheard this morning,
“My new car has a button for pretty much everything.
There’s one that even says, ‘Rear wiper.’
Still too afraid to try that one.”
What is the best Christmas present?
Why a broken drum of course! It can't be beat!
