Howdy and welcome. You might have to wait a day before an image can be uploaded since you appear to be new to the site.

To find one actual error on a coin is hard, to find multiple is almost unheard of.
Are you sure your “errors” are not just damage? To be an error it has to happens during
the striking of the coin, anything that happens after that such as wear, scratches, gouges,
discolouration, bent letters etc. is just damage. When you post photos, please explain what
and where you think the errors are.

I would lay money that it is damage.

At 1:46 AM I sometimes see minting errors too, but have found they are usually gone by 1:46 PM :*

It’s damaged and not an error.

The rim of the quarter was pinched and bent a bit. Maybe it got caught n the drawer of a cashbox when it closed. Even a Coinstar rejects those. Too bad, it has the die crack that they call “spear, “laser”, or “cigarette” (depending on its attitude). It would bring a couple of bucks if not for the dent. What year is the quarter?

    Die crack.

Not what I was expecting when I saw "Most intense errors" in the title. Looks like the edge of the quarter was impacted by something after it was minted. This is not a mint error, just damaged.

Also a Die Crack is now considered an error and is not uncommon.
What you have is just a damaged coin.
