Is there a way to view PCGS invoices? -Not submission results-

I've been clicking all over the place but can't find a way to view invoices for submissions. Is there even a way to?
The reason I am asking is that I got an email about short payment, that on my 15 coin regular quarterly special order I owe an additional $170. I'm pretty sure my math was correct and I have no way to see what that charge is. Hopefully for service tier too low 
but I can't check that either since the order is still in QA without grades showing.

I do NOT know at which process 'step' it becomes an option, but for my 'previous/delivered' orders, I can download an invoice.
~ Sign in to your account.
~ Go to your "Account" page.
~ Under "My Account", select "My Orders".
~ Select the hyperlinked "submission #" of interest.
~ Select the "Print Invoice" button, under the coin details.
@MetroD Thanks you are correct. Unfortunately this option is only available at some point after QC. I do see that on my previous orders.

They send you an email with the invoice shortly after the product is delivered.
