Post A Slabbed Coin With The Reverse On The Front Of The Holder

I didn't know you could request the reverse of a coin be placed in the front of the holder until a member here told me you could.

@Mr_Spud - Did you have the coin slabbed that way?

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
No, it was already slabbed like that what I got it.

For both PCGS and NGC, just write on the actual submission flip “rev. up“
If you want the reverse of your coin facing front
So writing, "obv. back". No good?

I believe the W quarters were as well. 😎
I was just thinking the same thing. I'm not sure about the Obv and Rev of many coins. I was thinking the dates were on the Obv... Maybe not.

Our host did both ways without me asking but here are 2 examples of the W quarters Reverse:
The State and National Park and Events side is obverse die on 25c series since 1999. Washington variations are the reverse die except maybe the 2022 and 2023 as date resides with Washington side.
Really old junky photos, but alas...
And this one's kind of a no-brainer...
All my Life of Lincoln cents are reversed along with a few others that I graded.

Now that's what I'm talkin' bout @hfjacinto!

I guess on this one, I'm not sure which is the "front of the holder". But the price was too good to pass up at the time.

Only picture I have of this one

Yep. Requested this be reverse side forward and they accommodated me.

Generally, the series portrait is the coin obverse (front). George Washington in the quarters' example. Lincoln. Jefferson. Ms. Liberty (Morgan, Peace dollars).
