light cleaning MS coins valuation

what percentage of value is affected on an MS "details" coin that looks like a very lightly cleaned but otherwise beautiful coin? for math purposes, assume the MS version of the coin is worth $1k without a "details" issue. another question. has there ever been die scratches mistaken for light cleaning scratches on a TPG graded coin?

extrapolating NGC registry points to value.
an NGC marked as UNC Details gives you 1/2 the points of an MS60.
so ergo half the value of an MS60, still worthwhile in an NGC registry set.
PCGS gives you a grade value of "1" times the coin weight they assigned it. for details coin.
example coin weight is a "4". 1x4 = 4points'
example coin weight is a "4" and coin is say an MS60, you get 4 x 60=240 points.
not good for a registry set.
correct me if I am wrong here.
Scratches on the die show up as lines in relief on the coin as opposed to scratches on the coin which cut below the surface. Should TPG companies make that mistake, that would not be good.
Ive had them confused clash marks for scratches. I even showed them other specimens with same clash marks,
they ghosted me. when I objected.
There’s not a set percentage that will tell you what you want to know. The answer will vary for different types and dates of coins. It will also depend, to some extent, upon the value of a straight-grade AU and/or XF example.
