Whitetail is a course in Wisconsin, close to the Minnesota border. The logo has an iron as part of it's antlers.

Ah. Using my phone, I didn't see it was an iron in the antlers.
Celebrity tourny? So maybe not a golfer?
Maybe the guy got someone's auto and the only thing he had to sign was the hat on his head.
It's tough when these "famous people" have autos that you can't even make out their name.
