hey there i bought a coin on the ma shop for first time, i paid like a week ago and callede support 1000 times on all numbers and also contcacted email support no answers also not on fb or instagram i also contacted the seller and called the seller, emailed the seller but didn't help me... no respons, lost allot of money don't buy from ma-shop joel billet

    Spent 4K+ with 3 different dealers, one German and two Dutch. All arrived in less than ten days. Very pleased as always with the dealers and MA-SHOPS.
    I would try to contact both the dealer and MA-SHOPS. I hope this resolves to your satisfaction.

    I've always gotten everything I bought off various sellers on MA-Shops, so it is particular to your specific seller

    never had any issues there.... ever.
    all dealers/sellers on MA shops must agree to the MA shop selling conditions. Please read these and see if your seller did adhere to it.
    OP, please tell a bit more details ( no rants) just about HOW your transaction took place....and what happened.
    MA shop has a very efficient help line.

    I only had one transaction with them, but it went very smoothly. More time on the shipping because of where it was located, but otherwise, nothing I can complain about.

    A handful of transactions for me over the last 5 years and everything always went smoothly.

    I would also add the shipping always took more than a week, so you have to be patient.

    MA shops answer to ALL and any complaints usually within 24 hours.
    Are YOU sure it was MA u were dealing with?
    You can also call them.... if you get lucky you might even get the owner ( Joachim Schwiening) on the phone himself.

    There is absolutely no negative issue with MA shops, except for some " unfair opportunistic buyers" who are "kicking tires" here and there, hoping for their undetected attempted scam.

    Didn't see the referenced dealer, but like everyone else here, it seems, I never had a real problem. Only with the mail. Sometimes.
