Mystery Vintage Silver Bar

A friend of mine recently aquired this vintage silver bar that Indicates: HARD•TIMES•PAY•DIRT 1981 with a little prospector panning for gold. Does anyone have any info on this bar? Thanks

    I commented on his channel about a hard times round, but that's the only thing I've seen with the hard time pay dirt theme.
    That round had a C inside of a circle type trademark/Hallmark.

    I believe that C inside the circle indicates the design is copyrighted.

    NOt this one, but research before you give it away too cheap, I had a vintage 10 oz go for 3k last month
