Would like advice on a 2017 D ROOSEVELT DIME CIRCULATED OBVERSE MISSING CLAD, BLUE TONING "LIBERTY" AND DIE CHIPS RERVERSE RAINBOW TONIING AND DIE CHIP ON RIGHT STEM and is this correct on the attached?

It’s not an error – it’s been stained with some liquid –
If it has a die chip, they are very common, especially that small- adds no value whatsoever
It’s what is known as a coffee cup holder coin that has been stained.
You are correct when you say they are die chips but they have no value.
Just too common.
