Wow, I must be missing something. With the scrape on her face and what I see as light rub on the obverse hair, I’d grade no higher than 58.
I’m in the 64 camp
The scrape could have been caused at the Mint and not through circulation. The fact that it is from the New Orleans Mint indicates it could very well be a weak strike instead of rub in the hair. I'm at a 64 but you may be correct.

64, typical O mint weaker strike. Clean'ish fields with just enough chatter to keep it away from a 65 but nicer than a 63.

This date is notorious for "slider" UNC coins.
The eagle's chest feathers are somewhat shiny, which indicates to me that there is more handling on this coin than might be apparent at first.
My guess is MS61.

Thanks everyone, pretty well centered in the 63/64 area. I bought this back in 2004 from an ebay seller who advertised it as MS63, it has been sitting in the misc box ever since along with a few others. I think that it would grade as 63 or 62 but the comments from @dcarr are spot on, this date is often seen as a slider so I was curious what others would think as well.

I teach in the ANA grading class that tpg's will generally not grade a weakly struck coin higher than MS64. If you technically grade the coin instead of market grading it,the weak strike shouldn't matter.
I'm not good at identifying it if us AU vs MS, but IMO PCGS will give it a 64 pretty easily.
Big spread coin from 63 to 65. Given that I’d say 63 is where it would end up grading.

I am lead to believe that comparatively it should grade at a minimum of 63 with a shot at 64.

The 79-o and 80-o can be difficult to grade in part because there are well struck examples that survived. I see this one on a bad day at 62 and good day would be 63 to 63+

MS64. Well struck imo.
I'd guess MS62 given some of the rub on the higher points and the scrape on the cheek.
I can see your coin easily at the 63/64 level, but not the OPs. Just my opinion.
First look to me says 64.

AU58 - MS63. Hard to tell. Although Mark's photos are highly regarded and very clear, almost reflecting a PL finish, I think LeeBone's photos are easier to judge grades since it reflects the frost on the devices with the luster and any breaks in luster. I cannot tell for sure from the OP's photos.
