Really frosty. I like them like that.
It's hard to know for sure what's on the coin and what's on the slab......
If I'm reading it correctly, I'd say MS65. Possibly MS64+.

The slab looks like it could use a real cleaning.
(It is an OGH)

With these pics, I only see broken luster. How is the luster in hand?
I don't know the series well but I don't care for the strike at all. Otherwise, looks nice.

I don't have it yet.
It's on its way to me.

I'll guess its at 64.
Only because we have company coming over in a few minutes I'll reveal the grade now.

Nice looking coin!
I was kinda in the AU range because of the pics but evidently it has great luster!
Bad pictures. Looks like a weak strike on the reverse, I'd say MS63
MS60? Why would anyone bother sending a 1923 MS60 in for a sticker? There’s more money in the slab & sticker than the coin is worth. There’s obviously stuff going on that isn’t shown well in the photos.
I had that one on my watch list since it is an interesting grade with cac green. I'm guessing it will have quite a few hairlines that don't show up in the pics based on other pcgs ms60's I have seen.
Not gold sticker so clearly PCGS got it right the first time even by today's more liberal standards.
I picked up a few flashy pieces in 64 for show retail. Makes nice stack. Is that a 68? Your photo not that clear. Is that a scratch on slab on rt obv on that expensive of a coin?
In before the re-edit.

The photos above are the seller's pictures.
Here are the other two:

Good question.
I’m speculating it was a collector who submitted a lot of coins to CAC at once and decided to include this coin for whatever reason. Collectors in the old days didn’t have to pay for coins that didn’t sticker.
