I messaged the seller and the seller did the right thing and ended the auction, but be aware that it could show up later. He said he paid $80 for it two years ago.
There's plenty wrong with this auction. Look at holder, label, cert number of holder pictured and cert# in description, the PCGS TVs for each and the item description which should make you laugh, if you know your Lincoln 1922 info.

thereal cert. number is 46408077 on ebay taken from the pcgs slab
im going to be perfectly honest i checked the slab cert. number and it checked out as did the pcgs decription of the coin the number is 46408077 and the number also matches i think 2540.10 im no authority by any means tho. so i will leave it to the pros
Did you compare the coin in the auction to the TV? Also, the holder label is not facing correctly and neither is the coin but the main point is the coin itself. The seller seems to be unaware that the "no D" was actually minted in Denver, not Philadelphia. Never mind the fact that the holder cert doesn't match the cert # in the item description.

Anyone have a problem with an eBay seller attempting to sell a coin in a PCGS holder that was obviously switched, not the same coin in the TV, or is a counterfeit?
The seller is actually arguing that it's legit. Lol
I politely suggested that they send it to PCGS if they are so sure it is legit.
BTW, he's stating others in this group have contacted him stating the coin is legit.

im sorry in the true view it is an enhanced photo for maximum eye appeal but i cannot magnify it enough to see the details like in sellers photo. im sorry i wont go along with the group and call fake until i can see better luckily my opinion doesnt matter as im neither selling or buying the coin.
its so hard to tell the scratch between th u and n in unum is there the short leg of the same n and the top smear of the m in unum all seems very close to me. like i said i see no obvious giveaways im sorry it has the same gouges on the wheat stem at the end
i spoke with the seller and he told me he sold it on buy it now for 100 dollars so i guess its a moot point
