    Altered= no grade

    I don't see that as a choice. Bottom left visually looks like a ski slope. Is that due to picture angle?

    Yes. I believe bottom left and top right both angle because of the camera but not the card itself.

    Here’s another card I sent with it on the 10 day turnaround. Does the angling look similar?

    I don't think it's altered, I have a bunch of these and the borders look full to me. I also don't think it grades high, I would say a 5 due to bottom left corner, which looks bent to me.
