    The US Gov't abandoned enforcement of antitrust laws long ago...sadly.

    If they win then there will be a precedent that would effect something like NFL Sunday Ticket operating with exclusivity to one provider. Would it end one official anything of MLB or the NFL. Could cost the leagues a lot of $.

    Fanatics just had a private signing with Austin Matthews with send ins.

    Problem is you couldn’t send in his rookie card.

    We feel Fanatics wants to corner the market on those.
