They do have a valid point even if they they would have gladly done the same themselves if they could have.

The US Gov't abandoned enforcement of antitrust laws long ago...sadly.
If they win then there will be a precedent that would effect something like NFL Sunday Ticket operating with exclusivity to one provider. Would it end one official anything of MLB or the NFL. Could cost the leagues a lot of $.
