I'm not really seeing any wear on it. However, the photo is quite overexposed making it difficult to see the surfaces clearly to guess at the quality of uncirculated but it does appear uncirculated.
Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.0

. Looks AU-MS
No wear apparent or damage I can see. It has some toning which I think PCGS graders like to see. High end of MS I would believe.
