Not Franklin but Hamilton! I recently "splurged" on this piece. Paid $40… but I like the look and the theme so blowing an extra 20 bucks on it was well worth it. It’s not .925 it’s actually .999 and 1 Troy ounce.

My dad bought my sister and I 10 shares of GNC ( later changed the name to Franklin Mint ) in 1965 when the stock was first issued at $ 6.075 per share. The stock split a number of times and was listed on the big board. When we finally sold, we got several thousand dollars for those 10 shares!
