Thanks @coinJP the 69 sets are not rare but super hard to find. When you do the prices are up there.
I guess having it done by Frank Gasparro makes it highly desirable.

I see them from time to time on ebay. I have one of the large medal badges too.

This one is a little different.

I've been appreciating the China World's Fair of Money silver medals lately as they very accurately depict some amazing tributes to American coinage related to the city of the meeting.

Here are photos of the 2018 ANA Chinese WFOM medal held in Philadelphia. Gotta love the Liberty Bell on the reverse.

The 2017 ANA WDOM was held in Denver. The Pikes Peak gold being an appropriate tribute.

I was thinking to have our hosts slab and trueview the above but having a hard time deciding to leave the NENA 3 medal set
as is or get it graded and trueviewed as well. I have several other NENA medals that are slabbed and trueviewed
    Any opinions are welcome.

    And the bronze 3,000 struck.

I've only been able to get the bronze. There are many, many out there but they have been mistreated. This cam in a custom holder which kept most of its original color. I need to find a silver one but boy they get spendy ;)
But a superior job by Frank Gasparro as usual.

    @coinsarefun,

Nice find of the 1966 bronze in the original holder. Finding and actually obtaining a silver will be tough as bidding will be very competitive if one ever goes to auction again. There were 30 silver versions authorized in 1966, but only 27 were documented as to who received them, and it is unknown if the other 3 even exist.

Each was awarded to special guests and members.
Some key original owners by serial number:
    1 President Lyndon Johnson
2 Arkansas US Senator John McLellan
3 Arkansas US Congressman Wilber Mills
4 Secretary of the Treasury Henry Fowler
5 Asst. Sec. of the Treasury Robert Wallace
6 Director of the US Mint Eva Adams
7 US Mint engraver Frank Gasparro
    8 ANA President Matt Rothert
9-27 ANA VP's, Governors, and other key ANA personnel

The one I have that I posted earlier in the thread, was #25 originally presented to the ANA Historian Jack Ogilvie.

Did yours come ina plastic holder? I’m debating on slabbing this one as the holder is pretty cool.
Also many of my other ANA medals come in 2 or three, sometimes 4 medals in a holder. I don’t know whether to
Crack them out, grade them and have the old holder along with it if I sell.
    What are your thoughts…..
    .
………..And @Zoins i would like to hear your thoughts too.

Here are a few more in addition to the 1966 I have lying around.

I don't remember for sure if I have the 1966 holder. It is probably somewhere along with a bunch of other holders in a big box. My recommendation is to leave them in the holders at this point, so they don't get misplaced ;)

Thanks for your thoughts. I have quite a few like the ones you’ve shown. But I also have some in 3 and 4 medal holder, quite rare. I thought if I could find out if pcgs or NGC makes a multi holder it might be safer for the medals?
Also a few gold singles like this one in a holder.

PCGS and NGC both offer multiple coin holders if you want to go that route.

I believe a group of 5 or 6 of the silver versions sold in a single auction a couple years back. One of them that I remember in particular was the Eva Adams medal. At the time, I think the prices realized were relatively strong too, though they’d probably go for much more today.
