Sadly no full date but very distorted, NGC did not weigh it but probably struck on penny flans. GTG after you look at the obverse!

Yes, well, don't be shy. I know this is not my usual cup of tea and I suppose I am supporting the market for these types of coins (but will confess this was not a bit ticket!). As you are no doubt aware, there is a purveyor of such at the highest levels and I do not care for his methodology ( and I will leave it at that as probably my own opinion is MUCH stronger).

Good guess as it is MS65RB.
I agree about the date being only partially there - why, oh why could they not have "played" it a bit better. IMHO this was a mintsport piece...
