Can you clarify your question? I really don't know what you are asking.
One looks bigger then the other and the are both kinda off center is what i was thinking and the neck of Washington is that a normal crack?
Just two heavily circulated coins. As far as off center, that depends on the reverse as well, if both sides are off, it is off center, if only one side, then it is a mis-aligned die strike. Either way, it is way too minor to matter, the design has to be affected before it is enough to be of any interest,
