OOPS- ERRORS HAPPEN message when adding inventory

Does anybody else get this message when trying to add coins to your registry? When I get this message it does not show what sets the coin was added to. I don't know if it because I have too many sets, and the system times out. I can check my recently added inventory and the coin is there, and it does make it to my sets. But I would have to check each set to make sure it was added. Has anybody found a way to get around this? thanks

Copy/Paste the cert numbers and repeat the add process until the system shows they are already in Your inventory

Yes. I wish they'd fix this. It might be as simple as extending the timeout counter. It seems like the coins still get added, I just don't get the results screen telling me.
