I'd buy some 90% silver half dollars at 17.5X, if anyone is interested. Split postage costs, no culls.

I suggest reporting blitzdude and his trolling. You have to be an extremely low T guy with major self-esteem issues to try and shade someone selling here. Unless the rest of you don't really care to keep the board from turning into a Reddit sh*tshow.

I didn't really read anything into blitz dude's post other than negotiating.
Prices not optimal for him as a buyer ;)
Doesn't cost anything to ask if wiggle room? ;)
Discount if I pick up in person ;)
Just negotiating tactics from a potential interested buyer or window shopper.

I see you're point, no one needs to be shaded here.
He could have left out the first line OR better yet sent a PM with the questions.

    Just my observation...
Either way I didn't read much into it and I don't do reddit to compare shows :o

Every time silver gets referred to as "gutter", I consider that fairly inflammatory, considering that silver is one of the main topics here. It is demeaning language, no matter how you slice it.

Rule/Guideline #3: Should the thread be deemed inflammatory, negative or violate any rules it will be deleted or closed at the moderator's discretion, without warning.

BST threads should be off limits to trolling or negative comments. If one has a question or negative comment it should be directed to the seller via PM. If you don't like the product, move on. If you don't like the seller, move on or click on LOL as my second favorite troll does with anything I post. If you don't like the price, move on. Negotiating should be done via PM, not publicly. JMHO.

Nobody was being negative or trolling. Just because someone doesn't agree with "YOUR" view doesn't make it negative out here in the "WORLD". I asked if you were willing to negotiate on price. In hindsight I'm glad you didn't answer because I've decided to wait for the mid-teens before the next purchase of any significance. THKS!

    ... I wouldn't buy gutter [silver] even with @derryb 's $$$. RGDS!

Now you want to negotiate with derryb on prices for purchasing silver items ?

Your posts are decidedly negative and trolling in nature.

Thanks for reminding me, you are correct I would not purchase gutter metal at current prices even with @derryb 's $$$. Hence why the attempted price negotiation. Your slow but eventually you somewhat come around. THKS!

@jpace23 With a post count of only 2, you may have trouble selling your coin unless you'll send it for inspection prior to being paid. We've had scammers sell coins here and they didn't send the coins after they were paid.

Hey everyone and @PerryHall! I do a lot of buying and selling on eBay (mostly sports cards), so I completely understand the hesitation of not wanting to buy from someone without references, or protection. I do have it listed on my eBay, but like everyone else, I’d love to avoid the huge chunk of fees they’re going to take out. I’m newer to PMs, and newer to the forum. I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can from everyone. There’s such a wide range of information, and opinions on here. It’s great to see. Anyways, I’m gonna post a few screenshots of my eBay account feedback. If someone is interested in working out a way so both parties are happy. I’m all for getting my street cred on here, and willing to talk through a situation with a potential buyer. I just don’t want to get burned myself. I do prefer zelle, but I can do PP G&S, or I can do Venmo. I will ship quickly with signature confirmation.
