I pulled it out of a box of new solid date rolls of 2016 nickels, in 2016. Over six years later I still have about 20 rolls from that box that I have yet to open. I wonder if a second coin might have undergone the same sequence of events. I have no idea what the heck I am waiting for. 🤔
