    The same seller had two Washington Carver pieces in old PCI and they were the prettiest I have ever seen. Insane rainbow colors front and back. I tried VERY hard to buy those as well. He wouldn't part with them and plans to send to PCGS.

    First time I ever saw a "questionable toning" description. But as far as artwork, there's something more special compared to today's whirlwind designs.
