A Nice $10

SO, I presume this is what it would look like if an early 19th century gold eagle had a baby with an earth 19th century dollar.

The eagle's genetic influence is only skin deep (and only in the TrueView).
I wonder what the Minters were trying to accomplish?
Sweet looking in...silver?
J-34 Variety according to coinfacts.
This would be a COOL D. Carr production, classic gold coinage in Silver.

Not as costly, but considerably rarer than an 1804 dollar! I didn't know this existed. Marvelous!!!!
For those wishing to find out more about this coin I recommend watching the Slab Lab series with Seth C of Witter Coin. He discusses this and other Bass coins that were sold in Sept and will be sold next year.
