Russian imperial stamp inverted cancel type

Hello friends Is this stamp inverted lettering,or a common thing ? Also what style cancelation would this be? Thanks

    I believe the stamp was cancelled a total of three times. It may have been on a parcel with several other stamps and that would explain all of the cancellations (from left to right) to ensure that each stamp was postmarked.

    Thank you .do you have any idea why the words are backwards?

    It's written in the Cyrillic alphabet.
