PCGS submission question

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this, but is this a normal situation? On June 1st, PCGS received my submission with 2 orders in it. One was a Crossover and the other was a Regular grading service for 7 coins. I already received my Crossover order, but the other order is still in "Grading" status. Did that order get lost? I would assume that both orders would've gotten graded and shipped together. It's been about 60 work days so far. Thanks in advance.

No, they are two separate orders that are graded & shipped separately. In my experience, crossovers do get handled a bit more quickly.
Depending on type of coin, I would expect at least another month on the Regular order.

Many threads around here about delays - taking months (3-4 or so). Some more recent threads about things picking up as of late.
Most likely your order is NOT lost, dont fret. But you can call (or email) to ask status.
Different orders, diff services, may go thru diff hands, and wont necessarily ship together. They wont hold back 1 order until another is done, most likely.
I have a regular from 6/15 still in grading - not expecting results for another month +.
Crossovers take much less time. Actual grading at the moment is taking anywhere from 1 month (walkthrough) to 6 months (economy) in my experience.
Thank you for the responses. PCGS received my order on 6/1, so I won't panic yet.
On a good note, while I have your attention, let me share my positive Crossover experience. I sent in an old ANACS holder with an 1879-S Morgan MS66. It received an MS67!!! I'm stoked, but not surprised. Thanks again!
