90 days or less on all service levels.....and if this never happens?????? The end of 2018-2019 were seeing 160 days on bulk subs. Taking over a month just to log in subs. This problem was bad before the pandemic. I will believe everything when I see it. And the grading has certainly gotten tougher with vintage cards. Yes, written standards haven't changed; but how they have been applied compared to earlier periods have changed. Nat seems very likeable.

Didn’t notice that but I’m guessing he has a business degree and not an English degree and that’s why he says 2X.

It's probably from all of his business deals in the past and buying/selling a company. You often hear that a business will sell at a 2X, 3X multiple all of the time.

I had a shipping issue with PSA and nat helped me. He's always been nice from my perspective.
