When does CAC post their grading results on their Account Portal?

My last CAC result email (Shipping Notification) has a time stamp of:

Fri, Jan 28 at 3:02 PM (Central Time, so 4:02 Eastern time)

This was sent in sequence at the same time with a Shipping Charges Notification, so 2 emails arrived at the same time. It could be they stagger these, mine have always arrived in late afternoon.

Here’s an answer to a more important question that was NOT asked. But first, like many said above, the portal shows the results very shortly after the shipping notification email is sent out mid to late afternoon eastern time.

I have found that a positive (Passed) result can be seen hours earlier that same day by plugging the cert number into the “Coin Look-Up” tool.

I can't speak for CAC, but my SENSE is that if you attach a note to your submission and ask JA to call you to discuss after a decision has been made if it fails, he'll do it. However, since they're so backlogged, if you try this, I would just suggest that you don't abuse their generosity.
