LCS, BST, eBay, coin show? Thoughts?

    I normally sell at my LCS. I accumulate 90% over time, and then take a bag or two down to the store when I think it's extended. They run everything through a coin counter, and then boom, I walk out with a check. Done deal.

    Depends on how much. You can almost always do better with the LCS as shipping and PayPal fees are going to be higher than the bid/ask spread.

    Yep, I have to agree with my LCS as well.
    They give me the BEST price on my silver turn in.

    Now is the time to buy silver. You can sell your house tho, it’s a great time for that, but keep the silver 😉 It will go back to 30 after the recession hits in a few quarters...

    You are likely in the recession now but will be out in a few quarters. Although it won't be officially in until you're out.

    Shop it around for best price...........Be it an LCS or at a show.

    There tends to be healthy competition at shows...should be able to beat the LCS shop price unless you have a good one.

    The Buy Sell Trade on this forum is a pretty good place to start. Most of the folks here are informed buyers that pay fair prices whether it's bullion, coins, or whatever you have to offer. That's always been my experience having bought and sold here over many years.

    I recommend you get bids from several sources.... Speculators seem to be hunting right now, so there could be some good offers. Don't forget, in person, cash offers, eliminate shipping etc. costs....Cheers, RickO

    I sell the 90% to the refinery, very little sells over the counter. .999 and eagles I sell in store, although with recent price drop, intrest seems to be waining the past week or so, even at discounted pricing. In fact, lots of people who bought 6 months ago at 26-28 and couldnt get enough are starting to cash in at 19

    Details would help. Things such as purity, total weight, form of silver (bars, coins, rounds, shot, etc...) can all go into the decision.
