Here are some of my silver medals.
Toivo Johnson Famous Engraver series of the early 1960s. Each is about 7 ounces.
1986 Vienna Mint 5 ounce "First Dollar of the World" commem:
1970 silver restrikes of the 1920 bronze Mayflower Society medal, by Reed & Barton (approximately 3 ounces each)
...and the 1901 silver Pan-American exhibition medal by MacNeil.
