Extra 7 bar. 1972 1c

Removed T sees doubling from the bottom where it was removed.
This at the same time as the extra 7 bar.
Also under 2.

Why aren't you sending these significant discoveries to CONECA for evaluation?
Copper is a soft metal, harder than silver or gold but easily damaged in circulation. It appears that your coin has had some hits from other coins in the registers along the way. I don't see any doubling or error issues. Just normal circulation.

The T is post mint damage.
The stuff under the crossbar of the 7 is die damage/wear.
Your coin is a doubled die but it's master hub doubling and yes some of the details were re-engraved.
This is a very common DDO for 1972 and has no additional value and no interest from collectors.
These posts annoyed me at first but I kind of look forward to them now.

Have you considered seeing a professional?

I was about to ask a series of the world's dumbest question, but I see that honor has already been claimed.
