Inappropriate post. But do you have proof he is a scammer? Be careful what you say about people without proof. There are libel laws in the US.

Similar to " I made $30,000 in one month " type post commonly seen in comment sections for news items, etc. While I cannot attest to whether it is a scam or not... use your judgement... it does seem highly inappropriate for this forum. Mods may want to take a look...
