It’s very likely not the coin you think it is. The actual 69s double die features are so obvious you will think you’ve gone cross eyed. It’s easily visible to the naked eye with no doubt.
I suspect you found something with machine doubling, sadly worthless.
I would love to be wrong so please do post a picture.
