Interesting find. Partial collar error 2000 D Roosie

Last night I was going through some stuff I had set aside a while back. My first impression as I looked at the obverse was it was a nice misaligned die. I flipped it over and the reverse also seemed misaligned. Then as I examined the edge I noticed partial reeding. Not sure what to call it. Any thoughts appreciated. Apologies upfront for a bit blurry edge shots.

i must not look at these enough as memory didn't recall them looking so much like o/c.
although from just one side, it looks like extreme MAD.
