The action for me this year was focused at the NYINC …. In January…..a wonderful convention to buy and sell .
Slow since then …
I have bought nada for my core collection… but a few purchases from some of my favorite dealers … just coins I like .
Always on the lookout though
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
Great for me so far, got some rarities, some seem to sell entire collections in some sort of panic. No problem, I will buy if interesting.
$$$$ buying this year.
2021 was by far my most active year in purchasing quality coins. 2022 is off to a good start, yet the market has clearly become even more competitive.
TalerUniverse.com is a curated numismatic project dedicated to the silver talers, crowns, and medals of the Habsburg Empire and the Holy Roman Empire, spanning the 16th–18th centuries. The collection emphasizes historically significant issues, rare mint varieties, and high-grade NGC/PCGS examples, presented with detailed historical context, scholarly references, and high-resolution photography. TalerUniverse aims to serve both as a private collection showcase and a growing reference resource for collectors, researchers, and students of early-modern European coinage.
Yes
It’s okay, not great. If I were selling my holdings, I might feel differently.
