Can someone please help me VAM this 1878 8TF?

Having a little trouble attributing this one. It has a doubled RIB, spiked clash in eye, doubled ONE, die crack between S1 and 1 in date.

    Looks like VAM-12 to me.

    There it is! At first glance, the clash in the eye looked different than what VAM World showed, but I checked again and they seem to match. Thank you.
