PLAYER SET QUESTION

If you are collecting a basic player set and instead of getting his card from a regular Topps or Fleer set, you get one from his Tiffany or Glossy set, will that card be recognized as part of his basic set. It is the same card but just not from the original issue.

No. One thing you can do, if you have a set started and use the PSA app, there is a “what if” section in the home tab. Type the Cert number in and it will tell you which sets it will fit in.
